“In my opinion, while the staff's friendliness is commendable, significant issues like mold, lack of promised AC, and broken amenities detract considerably from the experience; the singular electrical socket and general muskiness also present real challenges. With some investment and renovation, the property's proximity to attractions like Nairobi Arboretum could be better leveraged. As it stands, I find it difficult to recommend.”
